1. Introduction

Welcome to Bee Coin Wise (BCW). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BCW loyalty platform, including all services, features, and content provided through our website and applications. By accessing or using the BCW platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Membership Terms

2.1 Eligibility

To become a member of BCW, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid South African identification document. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Registration

Membership requires completion of the registration form with valid personal details and a sponsor reference. A once-off sign-up fee is required to activate your membership. Your account will be activated upon successful payment verification.

2.3 Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with third parties. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Sign-up Fee

A once-off sign-up fee is required to join the BCW loyalty ecosystem. Payment must be made via EFT to the designated BCW bank account using your mobile number as the payment reference.

3.2 Refund Policy

Sign-up fees are non-refundable once your membership has been activated. In the event of a failed registration due to system error, BCW will process a refund within 14 business days.

3.3 Earnings and Rewards

Earnings through the BCW ecosystem are subject to the reward structure in effect at the time of the transaction. BCW reserves the right to modify reward rates with prior notice to members.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the BCW platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

BCW provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

BCW's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you as the sign-up fee.

6. Termination

6.1 Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your account through the settings page. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any accumulated benefits will be forfeited.

6.2 Termination by BCW

BCW reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. We will provide notice of termination where reasonably possible.

6.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any pending rewards or earnings that have not been disbursed will be forfeited. BCW may retain your data as required by applicable law.
